## What Ranza SARL is

Ranza SARL is a société à responsabilité limitée registered in the Union of the
Comoros, wholly owned by its founders. It builds the commercial, educational and
media infrastructure Comorian enterprise needs, and works with national
institutions to widen financial inclusion and entrepreneurship. Languages served:

With the Banque Centrale des Comores (BCC): a financial inclusion sandbox
comprising a national API gateway, an industry integration sandbox, a regulatory
innovation sandbox and a field enablement platform. Aligned to the Stratégie
Nationale d'Inclusion Financière (SNIF) 2025–2030 and proven through a 90-day
pilot. Decision authority rests with the BCC throughout; Ranza's role is

SNIF 2025–2030 targets, with 2024 baselines: financial inclusion 75% (from
49.2%), broadened banking access 70% (from 39.2%), mobile money usage 75% (from
